Every time i load in rpd it's blurry like it's 340*720 res. Is this a try for map optimization or something?

Your body hates the map and therefore whenever you enter it your brain has emergency shut down which leaves you with blurry vision for the remainder of the match.

yes. but only rpd is blurry
Well that makes sense then. RPD is the newest and largest map so the game probably downgrades it with auto adjust because it's much more technically demanding than other maps.
