Wraith's addons needed changes, not his base kit. Please do not nerf his base kit.
Wraith had some notoriously boosted addons, such as silent bell and all seeing, but only these needed changes.
I don't understand why you would touch his base kit, he has counter play, he can be looped, he is by no means broken or too good.
By all mains change as many of his addons as you like, but please leave his base kit untouched. His lunge while strong is not broken or too good.

Literally only All Seeing need changes. Silent Bell is fine. If you're still getting chiefed by silent bell Wraith's after you know they have it, it's a you proiblem.
