Can someone explain this to me? isn't consuming all your tokens at once a bad thing?

    Not really, it basically guarantees that you get the maximum amount of ground covered with your charges with no server or input delays.

    So, most of the time you can chainsaw for longer than normal, but it got nerfed and now your speed is reduced =/.
