I don't know if this 100% is true so looking for confirmation on this.

    Lithe works on any vault pallets or windows

    Yeah its the strongest exhaustion perk if you rarely mess up. But getting to that level is hard. But still strongest imo

    BUT it won't active at the same time with Quick & Quiet or was this a bug and got fixed? So if you've both perks equipped you'll have to do 2 vaults to get Lithe activated
