If youre gonna increase the size of his terror radius then make him move faster to compensate

    Just shoot them and pull them in. He doesn't need to be fast. He has a reduced speed because he's a ranged Killer.

    His map pressure is trash he needs more traversal speed. Most other ranged killer have more then a mere 18 meters to actually hit. He also wastes signficant time reeling and reloading after every single shot. Consider all the limitations on his kits before firing off a statement without examining and comparing his entire kit.
