Healthy changes that game needs after Hatch nerf
I see the change in the way the hatch spawn in the game now as a way to prevent the game from abruptly ending and impacting the player's experience in the killer position.
However, similarly, there are certain aspects in the game that still exist and must be evaluated by devs, I will list some of them and why.
1. Basement: Since the change in the way hooks work,i no longer see why this place still exists, since the objective of basement was precisely to prevent all the hooks of the match from being sabotaged. Since the change, now hooks recover quickly and keep the basement on game only impact the experience of survivor negatively, since depending on the killer, the person who is hooked there, will have an endgame pretty soon. The only change I see the hooks still need is that they no longer break after the survivor is sacrificed.
i.e: Trapper. We know he is a bad killer in chases, but his power has always been quite oppressive in the basement, creating a snowball effect in the survivors trying to rescue the others in the basement. Same with Bubba or Hag (with more or less pressure)
2 Shape add-ons: Judith's Tombstone and Fragrant Tuft of Hair: The two aren't healthy for the game at all, One give to killer unlimited tier III power (even if sacrificing his movement speed and power), the other also allows him to remove a survivor early in the game. As much as it is a mediocre killer in general, it is undeniable that these two add-ons (together or apart) can bring situations that devs are avoiding now, which is precisely to make the experience of each match unsatisfactory, making it end early. The idea is not remove the add-ons, but rework them, making the killer more map-present.
3 with the arrival of boon totems, some perks that now are "permanent" or depend on tokens can work as hex for survivors, also avoiding certain "permanente" perks, like iron will, distortion, etc, making the killer experience more balanced.
I have a few other suggestions in mind, but it would be more personal opinions that wouldn't necessarily go into what the game necessarily needs at the moment.
