Like what is up with the refusal to acknowledge the rampant hacking since this forced SBMM you lot implemented?

These hackers are holding people hostage in both roles. Even after EGC is over they can keep the game going on for multiple hours until the servers reset. And players affected can't do anything because if they dc they'll just get more and more DC penalties.

The new reality in SBMM is that you encounter hackers frequently and players either have to be held hostage for multiple hours or be punished for dcing for not wanting to be held hostage. Do you guys not want people to play your game?
