Cheater Survivors working with Killers
So please tell me I'm not the only one that has experienced this....
In the lobby waiting for the game to start, a survivor immediately said to me and my boyfriend that we should leave because the other survivor worked with killers. We snubbed it off and didn't think anything of it, but the killer, "Ken" left. So whatever. A new survivor joined and the game started.
Lo' and behold, the survivor we were warned about sure enough was working with the killer. We have been playing video games for a very, very, very long time, and we know a cheater when we see one. We watched the gameplay. The killer would down the cheater, and carry her all over the map and the survivor would not struggle at all while he carried her and walked around, somehow fast enough to hit us while running.
Both my boyfriend and I were immediately downed and killed and we are not new to the game nor are we bad at looping and surviving. Regardless of how or why we were downed easily, the remaining two survivors were left to freely repair generators. The killer even led one of them to the hex totem and then were allowed to escape.
I thought it was impossible for survivors and killers to work with each other since they can't party up with each other. Please help me understand how this level of cheating can take place. It is NOT even remotely the first time this has happened it is always frustrating enough to ruin a good chunk of time playing the game.

Probably because there is a wait lobby instead of instant queues that other competitive games use. You can literally lobby shop until you meet your friend assuming the mmr is similar.
Which makes this an even bigger loophole than acceptable and it should be a bannable offense to pull that #########.
