Is Premonition bugged?
I tried it, and it doesn't detect the killer ever when he's in a floor different from your, and even when on the same fllor seems freaking bugged.
Dud this perk has been working for 5 years straight how did you manage to bug it BHVR?

It's still bugged. I complained about this before.
