Unplayable on Xbox One.

I've spent a half hour trying to play. Either I get an error 107 on initialization or if I can get to the menu, it does not let me get into a game. I click play killet or play survivor and when it finds a lobby, it shows a loading icon and boots me back to the menu again. Earlier I was having to restart my game for player save errors where it wasn't updating my rank. Now I can't play at all. My xbox has full online functionality everywhere else at the moment so I'm not sure what the issue is.
