Cosmetic bug?

It took me a while to notice but the last 6 matches I thought people had matching outfits as me so I would switch to the character they were using and rejoice that we had the same taste. Only to find out that in actuality that the survivors had my cosmetics in lobby but not in game. I know this is a bug but is anybody else seeing the same thing?
