BHVR, What Will it Take...?
What will it take to convince you to patch the game so that out-of-game filters--stretched resolution and Nvidia filters to name a couple--can no longer be used in Dead by Daylight?
Just these two things alone have plentiful amounts of videos showcasing why they need to be removed, since they give too much of an advantage to the player using them that other players, especially those on console, will not get. Stretched resolution by itself is already a huge problem since it will give Survivors and Killers unintended advantages that should not be possible through normal gameplay.
All out-of-game modifications to the game should be treated like the players are using "turbo controllers"; you know, those controllers that give you macros that grant you a significant advantage in games that require high input?
This is essentially Dead by Daylight's version of a turbo controller, it's not intended by your design, and it's outright just cheating.
So what will it take to get rid of this to improve general player experience?
If not change the game to disallow this, could you actually come out with a statement regarding it? Because there needs to at least be one to know how slippery the slope will be or not.

To add on, BHVR, you got rid of the ability to put in mods that affected how the game looks, such as getting rid of the corn in Coldwind or even making Trapper's bear traps pink.
The filtering and stretching of resolution are no different and will provide players who use this just as significant of or greater of an advantage than those who play the game as it was intended. So why is this allowed even though these can completely modify the game akin to a mod?
