You should be rewarded for finishing the rift early and not have to feel like all the rift fragments you earn are pointless. Each fragment earned past level 70 should convert into 5k-10k BP


Also I think the free track of the rift pass should also do something similar. Example


Page 1 all the empty slots earn you 1,000 BP

Page 2 all empty slots earn 2,000 BP

so on and so on.
