Legion's Expo Cosplayer needs fixing

I would like to say i think this cosmetic is great and the voice effect is amazing, even if it only works on the male members.

The problem is though that it's supposed to be Joey but it's actually Frank. The highlight video on the youtube channel states it is Joey, his stance in the menu is Joey's stance but he has Frank's Tatoo and his skin colour is white. So it's frank but it's actually supposed to be Joey. Joey, in his Devil May Care outfit, is black and does not have a neck tattoo.
