If you want to do it quickly Demogorgon, myc, territorial imperative, agitation.
I want to do it quickly but equally don't want make the game dull for everyone else.

just run agitation and any killer you want, you'll get it eventually
You might also want to use those blueprint offerings that determine where the basement spawns and show you the basement hook auras.
that way you can start your first chase in that area/chase the first surv there.

Killer is any of your choice
Play autohaven offerings until you get Wrecker's Yard.
With your build you should be able to reach the basement hooks from just about anywhere on that map.
