Chest animation is broken

Sometimes when a survivor opens a chest (normal chest or nemesus chest) the chest looks like is open but it's locked and the survivor does the animation to open it while it's open and you can see the item inside it ......

He just open the air

That happens on every platform on every map with every survivor
