Region based incentives

There is a desperate need for region based incentives in DBD.

For example offer shards or extra blood points for killers in ANZ.

It sucks to play survivor in these regions because the only people who play the game are try hard red rank killers.

I thought SBMM would improve the situation but i still only face red rank killers even though am not in red rank anymore. I can literally name most of the killers in ANZ because you face them over and over and over again.

It doesn't need to be a region based incentive, could also just be a more generic solution, when fair match making isnt possible offer an incentive to play killer or survivor (whichever side has the few players at the time).
