Survivor hitbox for Pinhead chains on downed survivors are the same as when they are standing

If a survivor is downed, you can hit them with chains as if they were standing i.e. the chains will hit high in the air. This is noticeably bad when someone is healing a downed survivor because you can very easily accidentally hit the downed survivor when you are clearly aiming for the other survivor.
