Does the hook weapon change to a regular hook?
Nope. But for the brief time Pinhead pulls it out to hit someone you can see the blood veins on it.

How would that be possible? it would take at least 4 million BP. The cap is 1 Million so the player would need to get 3 Million in less than 24 hours. That doesn't seem possible.
The head looks quite underwhelming, the rest look fantastic though.
Certainly my fave looking killer that's for sure.
Have you seen the saving bloodpoints in tomes posts? That's how they get more than one million bloodpoints, you save as many challenges as possible + dailies and then claim them when a new killer/survivor is released.
