Remove Offerings for Survivors
- Nerf: Survivors can no longer bring Offerings that alter which Map they go to.
- Change: Survivors can no longer bring Offerings that reject the Map offering of a Killer.
- Change: Survivors can no longer bring Offerings that make the Hatch spawn in a specific location.
- Change: Killers can no longer bring Offerings that reject the Map offering of a Survivor, since Survivors no longer have Map Offerings.
This is to ensure that upon MMR coming out, the health of all high MMR games can be ensured.
Also this is to give Killer more power in choosing where they want to go to or want to alter, as it should only be the Killer's side that has the power to decide which maps we're going to.
This means no more Haddonfield, Autohaven Wreckers, Red Forest, Coldwind Farm, etc. until those maps potentially get resolved with changes that actually make the maps significantly more tolerable (whether it's size reduction, tile changes, aesthetic changes, etc.).
In addition, no rejecting the map offering of a Killer.
This would also mean hatches are determined either by random (as it should be) or by the Killer (as it also should be) so that the Killer has the opportunity to force only one way out or ensure their fair victory against all four Survivors.
These changes would improve the health of the game as a whole.

While I agree with the principle that the Killer should decide the turf... this can never be balanced when we have indoor maps.
Doctor on Midwich, Scratched Mirror Myers on Lerys... etc.
So? It's time that the Killers get to decide where they want to go and Survivors to learn how to play the tiles of these maps effectively. If Survivors can't adjust to maps clearly not too Killer-favored, then they deserve to go down in MMR.
And before you try to say anything, unlike Survivors, Killers on Survivor-sided maps have no way to properly adapt since the Survivor-sided maps have loops specifically tailored to keep Survivors as safe as possible, if not completely safe no matter what.
What these changes would do is make it so that being downed by a Killer is either an eventuality if you're THAT bad, or requires more skill than just picking Haddonfield or Coldwind because they're both cheese.
