has BHVR ever given out codes to unlock killers for free?

I have seen they give codes to unlock cosmetics for free "BOOP", but what about non-licensed killers?

I have all the killers that come on the xbox version + Huntress + The shape, Cannibal, and Ghost Face.

There were some giveaways of whole Chapter DLCs before and they have given out skins on numerous occasions. But all of those are usually limited in numbers as in "the early bird catches the worm", unlike BOOP cosmetic, which had infinite amounts and was limited only by time.
