Imo, All-Seeing Blood, maybe Silent Bell, and you can just change Windstorm. He doesn't need them anymore.
I'm personally fond of making All-Seeing Blood a more transformative add-on. You can see survivor auras within 12-16 metres while cloaked, but in exchange the Wraith does not visually become a shimmer and just loses his terror radius and red stain.
Aside from that, no add-ons of his need nerfs. In fact, some could use some buffs/reworks, like the Swift Hunt and Blink add-ons.
its mostly just the silent bell and the all seeing. he still has really good addons otherwise, but those are the obnoxious offenders. Wraith can be hard to deal with evne without those addons though. I personally typically only use Disappearance/Reappearance/Movement speed addons and it's enough for me. You find out real quick who can't loop a Wraith.
