How do you determine which perks are offered? I ask because things like Hex: Ruin, Borrowed Time, BBQ & Chili, and Unbreakable haven't appeared a single time this year (we're 1 week away from November.)

    Well too many of the same damn perks are "Randomly" showing up on the shrine too damn much. I've seen Enduring like 5 times in the past couple months.

    It would make sense if they were randomly chosen, and then the ones chosen were taken out of the pool until all of the others cycled through. Otherwise, we get situations like this, where multiple quality perks are essentially locked behind a paywall.
