The Thompson House Bug
When you go upstairs in the Thompson house and round the stairs to go out the window so you can jump out to the front steps there's a locker near the window, if you're not in mid run while going for the window you will instead be forced to jump in the locker, nearly always guaranteeing you getting hit, or downed. That locker is too close to the window. And has gotten me killed more than a few times, please move that locker a little further away from the window.
