Perks that still desperately need adjustments or reworks
Just wanted to make a short list of some of the perks that I believe need some attention the most:
Babysitter
Buckle Up
This Is Not Happening
Up the Ante
Cruel Limits
Deathbound
Furtive Chase
Gearhead
Hex: Blood Favour
Hoarder
Insidious
Monstrous Shrine
Unnerving Presence
I barely see these perks used, and when they are used the player barely gets any value out of them. Do you agree that these perks could use an update? Are there others you think should be added to the list?
