anniversary toolbox wont send a firework

Platform: Playstation 4 Pro

Descripton: The anniversary toolbox won't deploy a firework after depleting, this is kind of sad because I mainly use those toolboxes FOR the explosion.

How to Reproduce?: Run a anniversary toolbox and deplete it

How often does it occur?: All the time

    Was using them yesterday, and despite not having fireworks when depleted, you get some confetti on every great skill check.

    Wasn't the lunar ones that have fireworks, not the anniversary ?

    it says on the toolbox (anniversary) that it will detonate a firework when it drains
