D/C penalty reset
Why isn't the penalty resetting every day? Its enormously frustrating getting 15/30 minute bans because of connection problems I'm not even having anymore because they were yesterday, or even the day before.

If the penalty reset everyday it would just give people a "free" pass to d/c once a day.
Well considering how enormously unstable all of the console ports are, it seems like a good thing to give people a pass. At least its better than just turning the penalty off completely.
