Deep Wound should stop survivors from doing gens
Title. Survivors' "deep wounds" mean next to nothing, because they're perfectly capable of doing everything they normally do with that effect. They're basically unaffected.
They can heal each other, do totems, sabotage, all of that. They can also do gens while under the effect. With gen rush being such a rampant problem in this game, I think this interaction needs to be looked at. Survivors have way too much power as it is to do a gen in the killer's face. They have the let-go tech so you can't grab them, body blocking, toolboxes, great skill checks. And they have this too? It's too much. It completely destroys the feeling of power that the killer should have, because a survivor could be dead on next hook, just got off hook, whatever, but they're invincible because of the Endurance effect.
That brings up another discussion as well: "Should Endurance have deactivation conditions?" But that is a discussion for another day.
Deep Wound is an effect that should leave survivors on death's door. It shouldn't be able to be abused via BT or Soul Guard or whatever to rush gens in the killer's face. It's supposed to be used as a last chance getaway, not a third health state that actually benefits the survivors when they get hit.

Yes, at least do that. Because right now, I mean geez.
