Suggestion: Stopping Regression

Currently it takes a killer without any help from perks 2seconds to kick a generator and start the regression. Survivors can tap it for a millisecond mid chase and stop the regression right in your face.

My suggestion would be something like one second of repair time that is required before the generator stops regressing, similar to how there is no progress after afailed skill check for a short while.

That way, if survivors want to undo the regression right in front of the killer, they need to put themselves in danger instead of briefly clicking while running past it.
