No. It does not need a buff in numbers it need a whole new effect.
Try it on Wraith coming out of cloak. He is a beast without it, but with it no one sees it coming, especially at pallet loops. Very fun to use. Also, not every perk has to be straightforward, this one took a bit of critical thinking.
Why? It is a good idea because missed attacks do waste time.
I agree! I have to try it on Wraith lol I usually use it on Demo.
It could have its previous nerfs reverted, but the existence of STBFL makes this perk very dangerous to mess with.
Yes but you rarely miss attacks unless they have deadhard and even then a lot of people just use deadhard to get to pallets.
