Treasure Chest Item Blip

I've noticed that, upon unlocking a chest, the item will always start off as a First Aid Kit, but then quickly change into another item shortly after the reveal. Sometimes it remains as a first aid kit, so it may be a small blip with the icons.

It's not a big issue, but if it couldnbe fixed that'll be much appreciated. Thank you for reading.
