Visual Update for Perks/Status Effects

We have these perks: Spine Chill, Whispers - Which are "glows" when they activate.

Suggestion: Instead of putting those icons into the corner as a small icon, there could be a THIN border/frame color for the whole screen that displays that the perk is activated.

For example, when "whisper" activates the whole screen border could glow in yellow to make it more easier to have use of the perk.

Currently, the Status Effects (such as "EXPOSED") are an even smaller icon on the screen.

Suggestion: Status Effects could handle the same ( ↑ "THIN border/frame color for the whole screen"), a more visible feedback for the players to let them know "Hey buddy, you are one hit now haha".
