Heres a little tip in trickery.
Don't finish you vails. Leave 1 left for killer and survivor so you still get the extra bp from useing the offerings.

how can you get points as killer if you dont use the special hooks?
I dont think it is useful to stay at 29 vials as killer
You can keep using the hooks after you get all your vials as Killer. But it's a decent idea as Survivor.
