Prestige and Items/Offerings
When Prestiging a character you should not lose limited time Items/Offerings for example Anniversary Cakes, Flashlights, Toolboxes, etc. As they are more collector's items rather than for use. I don't think this would affect gameplay a whole lot and would just make people happier that they can get all their characters to p3 without losing an anniversary item from years ago.
