I'm just asking because would be fun to have some cool looking power add-ons like a hag trap made in blood or a iridescent head that makes your hatchets glow blood red

    Ikr ooo the docs spark changes to fire it's still making them insane but also makes them freak out meaning you must snap out and be on tier one madness to stop seeing it and screaming more

    Would still be cool though I mean imaging the docs spark being more creepy and insane as you grow closer to stage three you slowly become engulfed in flames making you scream more and having to work harder to become sane by putting the flames out as you snap out.of it upside would be resetting stage two from it to compensate the extra screaming
