New type of perks

I have been wondering. Why killers don't have any active perks?

E is not used for anything as playing killer. There is so many things you could have.

For example:

Conceal

Press the Active Ability button: you are granted the Undetectable Status Effect for the next 10 seconds.

Conceal has a cool-down of 50/40/30 seconds.

Do you think this should be a thing and any other ideas for active perks?
