Alchemist Ring/Blight power not working randomly after use.

Sometimes after using his power it will lock up and no longer activate. The only way to fix it is to m1.

Also while using alchemist's ring, the power will refresh on it like normal. But if you use it too fast blight will play the wall bump animation and immediately go out of power (playing the inject animation).

Currently have no idea what causes these. But they both seem to do with the refresh meter on his power.
