Thoughts on Wraith / Buffs and Nerfs / New Anti-Slugging Perk

Okay first off, I mostly play survivor, so this is likely going to be a little bias, but I am trying to be as impartial as possible ๐Ÿค—

Generally I'm not one to complain in my almost 2 years of playing DBD, but ever since the wraith buff and recent killer perk nerfs, I cannot feel like he has become more popular. Personally I believe this is due to unique ability to go completely invisible (like an in built Insidious, but better. Though not completely quiet when very close), and the rising trend of killers needing to camp.

With this in mind, Wraith is highly benefiting from this trend, as not only can he camp the hook easily without sacrificing a perk slot, but he can also easily do this on downed and slugged survivors, essentially slowing down the game dramatically. This is really not fun for the survivor to experience, and probably not that fun for the killer?

Way's I've thought on remedying this is by:

a) When Wraith stands completely still, make it slower for him to uncloak. This will discourage survivors slightly. Alternatively, make Wraith's passive breathing (the sound he makes in general????) louder and more audible from a distance. This probably won't completely nerf his unique this ability, should still be useable?

b) Give map effecting killer perks (i.e. Ruin, Undying, Thrilling Tremors, etcetera...) a buff. Hopefully discouraging and giving hope to killers that they can kill survivors without having to camp. I'm not exactly sure exactly what perks but I trust you Dev's already have some ideas ๐Ÿ™‚

c) Make another anti-slugging perk that benefits the user. For example a perk which when in the radius of a downed or hooked survivor, the user receives the endurance effect. May need to be used like a token system to prevent it being too powerful?

Anyway, I hope my idea is useful!

I'll see you in the fog ๐Ÿ˜˜
