Got bored, turned The Legion into a tier based killer

All Tiers

  • The Legion is allowed to vault windows and pallets when using their power
  • Attacking a survivor, via basic attack or FF, adds a token to the power
  • Max 12 tokens
  • You cannot evolve a tier mid-power
  • Attacking a survivor suffering from Deep Wound/Death Wound again will end the power

Tier 0 - Normal/Cooldown (Start)

The starting tier, the legion effectively has no power except no terror radius (but is not undetectable).

Tier 1 - Feral Frenzy, Frank (1+ token)

Once the Legion strikes a survivor they progress to tier 1, the feral frenzy we all know and love/hate, with a few differences.

  • Terror radius is set to 32m
  • Power lasts 15 seconds default, and recovers in 20
  • Movement during feral frenzy begins at 5.6m/s but slows down to the legion's normal 4.6m/s speed over the course of FF on a curve, slowing down faster the longer the ability goes on
  • Striking a survivor with FF will injure and inflict deep wounds with a timer of 10s
  • Hitting a survivor will reset the power and reveal all survivors within 32m with killer instinct until the power ends
  • Fatigue lasts 3 seconds

With this, FF becomes a threat to a group of survivors, but spread out the damage is minimal.

Tier 2 - Feral Revenge, Julie (Requires 2+ tokens)

The more the Legion strikes, the more their hatred grows and the deeper the wounds become.

  • Terror radius is still 32m
  • Power lasts 10 seconds default, and recovers in 20
  • Movement during feral frenzy begins at 5.6m/s and does not slow
  • Striking a survivor with FR will injure and inflict deep wound with a timer of 6s
  • Hitting a survivor will reset the power and reveal the aura of everyone in your terror radius. Survivors outside the terror radius are marked with a single beat of killer instinct every 5 seconds. The aura reading ability persists 10 seconds after Feral Revenge ends
  • Lose 2 tokens at the end of Feral Revenge.
  • Attacking a survivor, via basic attack or FF, adds a token to the power
  • Fatigue lasts 3 seconds

FR becomes more threatening to groups, as well as more dangerous over time and to single targets. However, failing to land 2 or more hits causes the power to regress.

Tier 3 - Feral Hunter, Susie (Requires 4+ tokens)

The Legion becomes more methodical and careful, knowing where to strike for the most damage and how to track their prey.

  • Terror radius becomes 24m
  • Power lasts 10 seconds default, and recovers in 20
  • Movement during feral frenzy begins at 5.4m/s and does not slow
  • Striking a survivor with FR will injure and inflict deep wound with a timer of 6s. The mending timer does not pause while mending, however mending while the bar is empty will delay being put into the dying state.
  • Hitting a survivor will reset the power and silence your terror radius while in FH. Aura's of survivors within 32m are revealed, and all survivors outside of the radius or in lockers are revealed by Killer Instinct
  • Lose 2 tokens at the end of FH (4 if stunned out of it)
  • Attacking a survivor, via basic attack or FF, adds a token to the power
  • Fatigue lasts 3 seconds

The legion becomes more dangerous; harder to track while also becoming better trackers. Their stabs give no wiggle room, and must be fixed or risk going into the dying state

Tier 4 - Feral Murder, Joey (Requires 8+ tokens)

The Legion no longer holds back; their stabs are aimed at killing those who stand against them. The survivors can even sense the malice from them.

  • Terror radius is still 24, becomes map wide during FM
  • Power lasts 15 seconds
  • Movement during feral frenzy begins at 5.4m/s and slowly picks up to 5.6m/s over the course of the power
  • Striking a survivor with FM will injure and inflict death wound with a 30s timer, a new status effect
  • Death Wound: Like deep wound, it has a bleedout timer. Unlike deep wound however, death wound requires a source of healing to fix it (A teammate, medkit, perks that heal a health state or allow one to heal themself, etc)
  • Hitting a survivor resets the power. All survivors aura's are revealed, but yours is also revealed to them if they're within 32m of you.
  • Upon ending FM, lose all tokens and regress to tier 0, suffering a 1s fatigue for each token lost
  • Vaulting a pallet will break it and allow you to swing immediately for damage instead of death wounds, after which it will end the power, losing 4 tokens instead, but suffer a 1s fatigue for each token still on the power.
  • Interrupting a survivor, or grabbing them out of a locker, will end the power, but no tokens are lost.
  • Being stunned will lose 4 tokens, both in and out of the power.

Comments

  • Its think its way too complex for a killer power, I had to read it multiple times and even then there are still things I don't understand

I do like how you decided to add to Frenzy, I do believe that is the right path to go for any killer. Improve and make a keep a killers identity rather than completely change it

  • It's a cool concept, but very complex and hard to understand.

  • Cool concept but I think it needs to be simplified, for example make a base power and give an effect each tier rather than a different power each tier, I think each tier should make feral frenzy stronger and building enough tokens should give legion strong effects

    Base power

Feral Frenzy, Move faster, 5.2m/s, fatigue 4 seconds, duration 10 seconds, recovery 20 seconds

At 0 tokens you have no terror radius, upon reaching 1 or more token your terror radius returns to you

4 tokens, Frank, you now move at 5.6m/s in feral frenzy, and feral frenzy has a longer duration (15 seconds)

8 tokens, Suzie, you now can activate feral frenzy mid recovery however chaining the frenzy when activated mid power recover massively reduces its duration -7.5 seconds, you can also recharge it fully by attacking a survivor with a basic attack

12 tokens, Joey, After hitting your first survivor in feral frenzy you can press the active ability button to "drop on" (teleport to) the furthest injured survivor (not while they are near a hooked survivor) dropping on them causes you to fatigue, fatigue duration is reduced by 1 second

16 tokens, Julie, your basic attacks also inflict deep wounds, increase your movement speed by 2% for each survivor in deep wounds, 1% for every survivor that's injured (only one or the other not both on each survivor) and increase deep wound mend time by 1 second for each survivor in deep wounds

20 tokens, Legion, you can spend a token to vault pallets and windows in feral frenzy speed (while not in feral frenzy), each time you do this remove a token if you drop to 16 tokens remove this effect until you reach 20 tokens again

now its a more additive and building wall of text instead of 4-5 changes per tier

Yeah. This was meant to be more descriptive rather than the actual description
