NURSE ANIMATIONS BUG (BREAKING PALLETS SOUND/ANIMATION INSTEAD OF BLINKING ONES)

Hello, today I've played a match with nurse and everything was fine from my POV, but then in the end game chat I've noticed that one of the survivors told me something "amazing" happened and to checkout his stream. Initially I was confused since everything was normal for me, but when I actually saw his twitch vod (https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1078201395?t=03h12m51s) I've seen something I've never seen before. I didn't see other posts in the forum talking about the same issue, so I think it's a rare bug, but I still want to share with you to fix it. Unfortunately I don't know what triggered this bug since the only "weird" thing that happened are the 2 disconnections.
