Crown Killers?
I found the crown as Doctor, but don't see it at the menu on the model.. Do I have to customize it? I know survivors need to escape to get them, but is there a similar condition for killers?

No special conditions, it doesn't automatically equip though. Check your customisation tab and check it isn't there.
