PC - No Skill Checks in Raccoon City PD
Example
On the Racoon City map as a survivor (Felix), I was unable to complete anything with skill checks. I would hear the sound cue, but nothing would appear for me and then my gen would blow/the check would fail. I was swf, and my teammate said that my character disappeared when I got a skill check. It persisted the entire match
