Cosmetic Overhaul
Honestly they should have something next to charms to add something over your current cosmetics, like prestige so you can wear it over other cosmetics or legendary skins. Or even the entity crowns.
I mean realistically, it wouldn’t make them less money, if anything it would make more cause i want to show off my prestige and my cool cosmetics.

Blood prestige on ANY cosmetic they already said that it would take too many resources, because they would have to design both the normal and the prestige version of each outfit for every character, every time they release a new outfit
It would be nice to have, but it probably won't happen
The T-Virus effect applies a splatter shader on survivors, and it works fine with every character model and outfit. Blood could be done the same way - though it probably wouldn't look quite as good as the bloody cosmetics are now, because that's deliberately painted on and has room for more detail.
They could literally just recolor the blue to red. Same asset
This is basically what I've been saying but before Nemesis because we have Plague that applies a green splatter filter over every piece of clothing too, would have probably been so easy, and minor tweaks on outfits that it looks kinda jank on.
That's not true. The blue stuff when you get infected by Nemesis goes over every cosmetic and they didn't have to design it for each and every cosmetic. They could easily do it with blood but they choose not to.
Mmm yeah you're right, tho I don't know the level of detail they were able to achieve with that effect
Maybe it's an on-the-way feature, it could be a good question for their next Q&A
