What if myers instead of feeling fat and being unable to attack would be affected by how long he stalks people?
Here is the idea:
When you have these addons equipped they would move all the Tier 2 and tier 3 stalking time to tier 1.
So when you stalk people you slowly start to progress towards 115% movement speed(the base), but still cannot get bloodlust, however at least you will be able to keep up if you stalk enough.
I think considering how much stalking it would require it would be a fair chance for him and it would make stalking in T1 myers not useless.
