Add a toggleable aiming sight.
With the amount of ranged killers rising and the general need for passive aim assist increasing, it would be nice to just be able to see the center of my screen without having to put tape on it or use an overlay. Its getting really frustrating having to go through 3-4 games just to warm up because this very simple quality of life doesn't exist. Adding the option to turn it on/off in the menu would be great. If you don't like the screen clutter, then you don't have to use it, but if you like playing any ranged killer without giving yourself a headache, or getting sticky residue on your nice things, this would be a godsend.
