Nemesis frame-rate issues

I can play as or against any other killer with relatively no frame-rate problems. But Nemesis it's like playing in 1 frame per minute mode. It's especially bad when near fire, corn, Hawkin's, swamp tall grass (but not regular maps grass), Haddonfields Cop Car, Midwitch moving bodies, completed gens, etc.
