Nemesis + Hoarder and Nemesis + Trail of Torment perk synergies

I've been working on P3 Nemesis and I experimented with these perks and here's the results:

Hoarder does not give a noise notification when survivors interact with the supply crate, but it does give notifications when survivors pick up the vaccine.

Trail of Torment will not lose undetectable if you kill zombies or contaminate a survivor.
