Has anyone noticed that no matter what match they play, that there is always an obsession even when none of the survivors or the killer have an obsession perk equipped?

They changed to have an obsession every match last mid chapter patch. My guess is to deter tunneling a bit.
This is not a bug, this was a change that was implemented a short while ago that there'd be an obsession in every match regardless of perks that are used.
