Anyone else disappointed with how little mutation rate affects Nemisis's appearance?

So to talk about something other than this technical train wreck of an update.

Why does his mutation rate only mutate his left arm? If I recall in the game there was a more mutated form of him that still retained the relatively normal nemesis model.

So why not use that as his mutation rate tier 3 model?

    I don't know of its the truth or not but it seems pretty obvious that they're saving it for a skin maybe. Why give an awesome mutated Nemisis for free in base kit when you can just sell it as a cosmetic which people will hate but buy anyway because it's mutated Nemisis
