Quick bandaid for wraith
After his buff i strongly believe that some of his addons should be looked into, like for example silent bell and allseeing blood. Before that, i have an idea for quick bandaid and that is to swap rarities of "All Seeing" - Spirit and "All Seeing" - Blood. Not a real fix, but should slightly reduce frequency of allseeing blood addon games.
